At the refined and elegant Mediterranean Steakhouse, we proudly present the essence of premium aged steaks from the U.S., Japan, and Australia. Using natural beef sourced from renowned ranches, each cut is carefully aged and seared to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Paired with fresh ingredients from local Taiwanese farmers, we create a unique fusion of local and international flavors.
The wine cellar offers over 500 selections, with more than 60% being natural or biodynamic wines. Guests can enjoy not only world-famous vintages but also rare discoveries from boutique wineries, each reflecting seasonal nuances and distinctive flavor profiles. Natural and biodynamic wines emphasize harmony with nature, organic cultivation, and minimal human intervention, allowing grapes to thrive in their natural environment.
